The holiday musical Elf will return to Broadway’s Al Hirschfeld Theatre for a nine-week run, November 9-January 6.

Casey Nicholaw will once again direct the production, which features a book by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin, and a score by Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin. The musical is based on the popular 2003 film that starred Will Ferrell.

The production features scenic design by David Rockwell, costume design by Gregg Barnes, lighting design by Natasha Katz, sound design by Peter Hylenski, orchestrations by Doug Besterman, hair & wig design by Josh Marquette, and projection design by Zachary Borovay.

Casting and additional information will be announced in the near future. Elf will be produced by Warner Bros. Theatrical Ventures in association with Unique Features.

Elf last played at the Hirschfeld in 2010.
