Gallery Players Announces Cast for Little Dog Laughed

The Gallery Players has announced casting for the first New York City revival of The Little Dog Laughed, which will be presented at the theater September 10-25. Patrick Vassel will direct.

Douglas Carter Beane’s play is a biting showbiz comedy about identity and the desire for celebrity. The cast will feature Brian W. Seibert as the hunky up and coming Hollywood actor Mitchell; Maeve Yore as his ambitious, sardonic Hollywood agent Diane; Jake Mendes as Alex, Mitchell’s love interest; and Tania Verafield as Alex’s girlfriend Ellen.

The production will feature scenic design by Chris Minard, costume design by Ryan J. Moller, and lighting design by Heather Sparling.
