Erin Mackey to Join Broadway’s Anything Goes

Erin Mackey will assume the role of Hope Harcourt in Anything Goes, playing at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre, on September 13. She will replace Laura Osnes, who will play her final performance in the role on September 11.


Mackey was last seen on Broadway in Sondheim on Sondheim. In addition, she played Glinda in the Broadway, Los Angeles and Chicago companies of Wicked. Among her television and film credits are Blue Bloods, The Parent Trap, Do Over, and Family Affair.

Directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall, the show features a score by Cole Porter, original book by P.G. Wodehouse & Guy Bolton and Howard Lindsay & Russel Crouse, and a new book by Timothy Crouse and John Weidman.

Mackey will join a company that also features Sutton Foster as Reno Sweeney and Joel Grey as Moonface Martin, along with John McMartin as Elisha Whitney, Kelley Bishop as Evangeline Harcourt, Colin Donnell as Billy Crocker, Adam Godley as Lord Evelyn Oakleigh, Jessica Stone as Erma, Walter Charles as Captain, Robert Creighton as Purser, Andrew Cao as Luke, and Raymond J. Lee as John.
