Casting Announced for Pearl Theatre’s The Bald Soprano

Pearl Theatre Company has announced casting for Eugene Ionesco’s The Bald Soprano, to run September 13 – October 23 at New York City Center Stage II. Hal Brooks will direct the production.

The play is an absurdist look at two middle class couples as they share an early evening get-together. The company will feature Jolly Abraham (Mrs. Martin), Rachel Botchan (Mrs. Smith), Robin Leslie Brown (Mary), Bradford Cover (Mr. Smith), Dan Daily (The Fire Chief), and Brad Heberlee (Mr. Martin).

The creative team will include Harry Feiner (scenic design), Barbara A. Bell (costume design), Stephen Petrilli (lighting design), and M.L. Dogg (sound design).
