An Evening with Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin to Play Broadway’s Barrymore Theatre

An Evening with Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin, a theatrical concert featuring the two Tony Award-winning performers, will play Broadway’s Barrymore Theatre November 16-January 13, with an official opening on November 21. The show will be directed by Patinkin with musical staging consulting by Ann Reinking.

The show, which has been touring the U.S., features the two stars performing together and separately.

Production design will be by David Korins, with lighting design by Eric Cornwell, sound design by Daniel Gerhard, and piano accompaniment by music director Paul Ford.

LuPone and Patinkin co-starred in Broadway’s Evita, for which they both won Tony Awards. LuPone received a second Tony for Gypsy and most recently appeared on Broadway in Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, for which she received a Tony nomination. Patinkin’s many other Broadway credits include Sunday in the Park with George, Falsettos, The Secret Garden, and The Shadow Box.
