Alysia Reiner to Star in A Charity Case Off-Broadway

Alysia Reiner will star in the Off-Broadway production of A Charity Case, written and directed by Wendy Beckett. The play will perform in the Clurman Theatre, beginning October 28, with an opening on November 2. Additional casting will be announced at a later date.

The play examines the adoption triangle between a birth mother, the relinquishing mother and a 17 year-old daughter.

The production will feature scenic design by David L Arsenault, lighting design by Travis McHale, and costume design by Theresa Squire.

Reiner is perhaps best known for her performance as Christine Erganian in the film Sideways. Among her television credits are The Sopranos, Law & Order, 30 Rock, and White Collar.
