Lorene Yarnell Dies at 66

Lorene Yarnell, half of the famed comedy team Shields and Yarnell, has died in Norway at age 66, according to The New York Times.

Yarnell rose to fame with her then-husband Robert Shields in an act that combined comedy, mime, and dance. They had a TV variety show in the 1970s, and in 1981, they premiered on Broadway in Broadway Follies, a revue that closed after one performance.

She is survived by her fourth husband, Bjorn Jansson, and a brother, Richard.
