Monty Python founders John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones, and Michael Palin will gather for a reunion at the Ziegfeld Theater on October 15, according to The New York Times.

The event will include a screening of the documentary Monty Python: Almost the Truth (The Lawyer’s Cut), and will be jointly organized by the Independent Film Channel and the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. Following the film, the performers will take part in a Q&A session. Additionally, they will receive an award from the British Academy. On October 18, a six-hour version of Almost the Truth will have its premiere on IFC. The Times reports that the group’s sixth founder, Graham Chapman (who died in 1989), will also be incorporated into the 40th anniversary event.

The musical Monty Python’s Spamalot, written by Idle and John DuPrez, continues its national tour through October 18.
