Landmark Sunshine Cinema to Show Sing-Along Wizard of Oz and Evita

Landmark Theatre’s Sunshine Cinema (143 East Houston Street) wll kick off its fall series of midnight weekend movies with a singalong version of the 1939 classic The Wizard of Oz on September 5-6.

The theater will also show the singalong version of Evita, starring Madonna, Antonio Banderas, and Jonathan Pryce (October 17-18), and Monty Python and the Holy Grail, which is the inspiration for the hit Broadway musical Spamalot (October 24-25).

Other films include the Japanese animation favorite Spirited Away (September 12-13), Raiders of the Lost Ark (October 3-4), and Jim Henson and Frank Oz’s The Dark Crystal (October 10-11).
