Greg Germann and Missi Pyle to Join Boeing-Boeing

The play focuses on an architect living in Paris who has been successfully juggling three flight attendant fiancées with his housekeeper reluctantly playing romantic air-traffic controller. But when an old school pal visits, things get rather turbulent.

Germann (who replaces Bradley Whitford) and Pyle (who replaces Mary McCormack) will join a cast that also includes Christine Baranski, Mark Rylance, Gina Gershon, and Kathryn Hahn. The show features set and costume design by Rob Howell, lighting by Hugh Vanstone, original music by Claire Van Kampen, and sound by Simon Baker.

Germann’s theater credits include Assassins, Only You, and Found a Peanut. He is best known for playing Richard Fish on the long running series Ally McBeal, and his film credits include Talladega Nights, Friends with Money, and Sweet November. Pyle’s theatre credits include 900 Oneanta, The Libertine, and Wang Dang. Her films include Bringing Down the House, Dodgeball, and Galaxy Quest.

Boeing-Boeing won 2008 Tony Awards for Best Play Revival and Best Actor (Rylance) and Drama Desk Awards for Best Play Revival and Best Actor (Rylance). The show received four additional Tony nominations.
