Daytime Emmy Award winner Tom Pelphrey and British actor Victor Villar-Hauser will alternate the lead role in Kevin Mandel’s new play, A New Television Arrives, Finally, to run September 6-30 at Theatre 54. The production, which will open on September 10, will be directed by Kevin Kittle.
