The Ninth Annual Broadway Blessing, a service of song and story that traditionally kicks off the Broadway season, will take place on Monday, September 12 at 6:30pm at Saint Luke’s Church (308 West 46th Street), with a reception to follow.

This year’s special guests will be Frances Sternhagen (who will return to Broadway in October in Edward Albee’s Seascape), Florence Lacey, PJ Nelson, and David Pomeranz.

Also participating will be the clergy and choirs of Congregation Ezrath Israel/The Actor’s Temple, St. Clement’s Episcopal Church, St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, and St.Malachy’s Roman Catholic Church/The Actor’s Chapel. The service will also include readings in celebration of the 350th anniversary of the Jews being in America.
