The Manhattan Rhythm Kings, known for their singing and tap-dancing talents, will be make their final appearance as a group on October 16 at the Queensborough Performing Arts Center in Bayside. The trio currently consists of Brian Nalepka, Hal Shane, and Mark Kessler.

The Queensborough Performing Arts Center is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and is inaugurating both a children’s series and interpreted/captioned performances for the hearing-impaired.

Other highlights of the season include Catskills on Broadway: The 15th Anniversary Reunion (September 18), The Klezmer Nutcracker (November 27), Ain’t Misbehavin’ (March 26), and a performance by Tony Award winner Leslie Uggams (May 7). For more information, call 718-631-6311.
