Kathy Brier, Julie Danao-Salkin, Sara Kramer, Ryan Link, and Jai Rodriguez are among the Broadway stars to be featured in Guilty Pleasures at Makor on Sunday, September 18 at 8pm. The one-night-only concert is being presented by Sabrina Gordin and is part of the New York Musical Theater Festival.

The event, to be co-hosted by Greg Reuter (an ensemble member of Monty Python’s Spamalot) and Lori Chase, will feature more than a dozen musical theater performers singing their favorite rock and roll songs. Also scheduled to perform are Lisa Brescia, Josh Kobak, Rashad Naylor, Erin Leigh Peck, Jamison Stern, Lori Ann Strunk, Denise Summerford, Brandon Wardell, and Schele Williams. Jonah Spiedel will serve as musical director.

Brier, who plays Marcie Walsh on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live, was most recently seen on Broadway as Tracy in Hairspray. Danao-Salkin plays Yoko Ono in Lennon. Kramer is currently playing Sophie in Mamma Mia!. Link and Rodriguez are both veterans of Rent, and Rodriguez is one of the “Fab Five” on the TV series Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.
