FringeNYC Excellence Awards Announced
The winners of the 2003 New York International Fringe Festival Excellence Awards have been announced. The shows were judged by a group of professionals in all areas of the theater, from acting to criticism; How to Act Around Cops was the only production to receive two awards, for playwriting and direction.
