Epic Repertory Lists Upcoming Shows

Epic Repertory, which recently completed the formation of its company under the direction of Richard Kuranda and Carolyn Woodring, has announced the shows that will make up its 2003-2004 season.

Jeremy Kareken’s Farblondjet (October 15-November 19) — developed with David Auburn, winner of the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize for Proof — tells the story of a man searching for love in the Jewish Catskills. Kuranda will direct Jean Anouilh’s Antigone (October 28-November 22), a classic study of the conflict between politics and morals. Epic’s One-Act Play Series (October 9 to November 15) will feature world and New York premieres of works by Romulus Linney, Lee Blessing, and Neal Bell.

All performances are to be held in the DR2 Theatre, 103 East 15th Street.
