The Second Stage production of Joe Kinosian and Kellen Blair’s Murder for Two, which was originally set to close August 10, has been extended a second time and will now play through August 25. The show is running at Second Stage’s uptown home, the McGinn/Cazale Theatre. Murder for Two is directed by Scott Schwartz (Golda’s Balcony).

The production stars Brett Ryback (The History Boys) as the investigator in this musical whodunit, with Jeff Blumenkrantz (Urban Cowboy) playing all 13 of his suspects. Both actors frequently take their turn at playing a tune on the piano throughout this Agatha Christie-inspired comedy.

Murder for Two features scenic design by Beowulf Boritt, costume design by Andrea Lauer, lighting design by Jason Lyons, and sound design by Jill BC DuBoff.
