Karmine Alers, Seth Bisen-Hersh, and Adam Shapiro to Perform at Broadway Meows

The concert event will feature the songs of Seth Bisen-Hersch and benefit the Humane Society of New York.

Casting has been announced for this year’s Broadway Meows concert, a yearly performance of the songs of composer/ lyricist Seth Bisen-Hersh. Proceeds will benefit to the Humane Society of New York. The event is set to take place July 22 at Don’t Tell Mama.

Performers at the 5th annual event will include Karmine Alers (Rent), Justin Barnette (Encores! Fiorello!), Brian Childers (Danny and Sylvia), Dana Costello (Jekyll and Hyde), Brandon J. Ellis (Once), Kimberly Faye Greenberg (One Night with Fanny Brice), Amy Griffin (How the Grinch Stole Christmas), Lara Janine (Rock of Ages), Kaitlin Kiyan (Hair), Melissa Mitchell (Giant), Rori Nogee (Showgirls! The Musical), Cassie Okenka (Bonnie and Clyde), David Perlman (Baby It’s You), Adam Shapiro (2013 MAC Award Winner), Stacy Shirk (Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog), Haley Swindal (Jekyll and Hyde), Teresa Hui, Aaron Keller, Miriam Kushel, and Seth Bisen-Hersh himself.

Broadway Meows is produced by Dennis Fowler, directed by Melissa Meli, and stage-managed by Heather Ber.
