Fred Weller, Christina Sajous Join Previously Announced Renée Elise Goldsberry in I’m Getting My Act Together and Taking It on the Road

The production, directed by three-time Tony winner Kathleen Marshall, will round out the Encores! Off-Center series.

Broadway alums Jason Rabinowitz (One Man, Two Guvnors), Christina Sajous (Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark), Jennifer Sanchez (Ghost the Musical), and Fred Weller (Reasons to Be Happy) join the previously announced Renée Elise Goldsberry (Good People) to complete the cast of the Encores! production of I’m Getting My Act Together and Taking It on the Road. Featuring direction and choreography by three-time Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall (Nice Work If You Can Get It), the production will play five performances from July 24-27, closing out the Encores! Off-Center series.

With book and lyrics by Gretchen Cryer and music by Nancy Ford, the musical tells the story of a 39-year-old singer attempting a comeback as a pop star named Heather Jones (Goldsberry). Weller will take on the role of Heather’s manager, Joe Epstein, while Rabinowitz will play the role of Jake. Sajous will play Alice with Sanchez as Cheryl.
