The Drama League will open a new, state-of-the-art facility, named The Drama League Theater Center, in late 2012. The venue will be located on the lobby level of TriBeCa's former AT&T Building (32 Avenue of the Americas).

The Center, designed by FXFOWLE, will include laboratory/development space, an administrative suite, a box office, sound/video/projection capability, and a multi-purpose space for educational programming and special events. It will also offer artist residencies, open rehearsals, play readings, workshops, lectures, classes, conferences, and more.

The Drama League Theater Center will also serve as the home base for the organization's Directors Project and the Audience Project.
