Culture Project to Present Impact 2012: A Festival of Political Art

Culture Project will present Impact 2012: A Festival of Political Art, July 14-August 26 at 45 Bleeker.

The event will include theater, film, music, and conversations about the direction of the United States and the nation's most pressing issues.

Among the events are a screening of the documentary To Be Heard (July 16 at 7) and a conversation with filmmaker Roland Legiardi-Laura; a conversation on immigration with multimedia storyteller and Define American founder Jose Antonio Vargas (July 18 at 7pm); a performance by The Citizens Band (July 20 at 8pm); and a night of comedy featuring Lee Camp, Nato Green, Sabria Jalees, and Negrin Farsad (July 26 at 8pm).
