Christina DeCicco and Jessica Lea Patty will take on the role of Eva Peron in the Broadway revival of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s Evita at the Marquis Theatre during the vacations of star Elena Roger. Michael Grandage directs the revival, which features choreography by Rob Ashford.

DeCicco, who is currently the alternate Eva, will perform the role from July 12-19, and from the evening performance on August 11 to August 18. During this time, Patty, the current Eva understudy, will step into the alternate slot and perform on Wednesday evening and Saturday matinee performances. Roger, who returns to the production on July 20 and August 20, will perform the matinee on August 11.

The revival also stars Ricky Martin (Che), Michael Cerveris (Juan Peron), Max Von Essen (Magaldi), and Rachel Potter (Mistress).

As previously reported, Von Essen is playing the role of Che through July 7. Understudy Daniel Torres plays the role on July 8.
