Angela Grovey, NaTasha Yvette Williams Set for NYMF Reading of The Sugar Hill Sisters

Casting has been announced for the New York Musical Theatre Festival developmental reading of Bil Wright and Joseph-Vernon Banks’ The Sugar Hill Sisters, to take place July 20 and 22 at the 45th Street Theatre – Upstairs. Jade King Carroll directs the reading, which features musical direction by Dionne McClain-Freeney.

The cast will include Angela Grovey, NaTasha Yvette Williams, Justin Patterson, Charl Brown, and Sean Patrick Murtagh.

The Sugar Hill Sisters examines the relationship between a pair of sisters in the 1960s whose lives take different paths.
