Aleisha Force, Judson Jones, Darlene Hope Set for Theatre East’s Normalcy
Theatre East has announced casting for its previously announced production of Bennett Windheim’s Normalcy, to run August 31-September 23 at Peter Jay Sharp Theatre. Benard Cummings directs.
Normalcy tackles themes of identity, race, terrorism, marriage, and the media, all through the lens of one white, affluent couple’s attempt to make the choice to adopt a black child.
The cast will feature Aleisha Force, Judson Jones, Harvey Guion, Mary Ann Hay, Darlene Hope, Sarah Joyce, and Lisha Mckoy.
The design team will include Lea Anello (set design), Jessica M. Burgess (lighting design), and Scott O’Brien (sound design and original composition).
