Martha Wash to Join Priscilla Queen of the Desert Cast for July 26 Apple Store Performance

Original “Weather Girl” and disco queen Martha Wash will join cast members from Broadway’s Priscilla Queen of the Desert for a special live performance at The Apple Store in SoHo, on Tuesday, July 26 at 4pm.
Wash will be singing her original anthem “It’s Raining Men” as she recently did on the Tony Award broadcast.
Among the featured cast members at the Apple Store appearance will be the show’s stars Nick Adams, Tony Sheldon, and Will Swenson, along with C. David Johnson and Priscilla‘s “Divas” Jacqueline B. Arnold, Anastacia McCleskey and Ashley Spencer, who will perform additional songs from the hit musical followed by a special Q&A session.
Priscilla Queen of the Desert, currently playing at Palace Theatre on Broadway, is based on the Oscar-winning film and written by Stephan Elliott and Allan Scott, and has been directed by Simon Phillips and has choreography by Ross Coleman.
