John O’Hurley to Guest Star on All My Children

Broadway and television star John O’Hurley will guest star on several episodes on ABC’s daytime drama All My Children, beginning on September 12, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

O’Hurley will play Kit Sterling, a producer who approaches Erica Kane (played by Susan Lucci) to make a film from the book she has just written.

O’Hurley has played Billy Flynn in the Broadway and national tours of Chicago and
his other theatrical credits are productions of Monty Python’s Spamalot, The Pirates of Penzance and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.

He is best known for his appearances on the ABC reality show Dancing with the Stars and for his role of J. Peterman on the hit sitcom Seinfeld. He has also starred on numerous soap operas, including Santa Barbara, General Hospital, and The Young and the Restless.

All My Children will conclude its 41-year run on ABC on September 23. Plans are underway to continue airing the show online.
