Andrew W. Mellon Grant Recipients Announced

The New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) has announced recipients of grants made through The Andrew W. Mellon New York Theater Program, which total $2.9 million. Grants will be awarded to 31 theater companies on the basis of artistic excellence.

The theaters awarded include 3-Legged Dog, Ars Nova Theater, Atlantic Theater Company, Big Dance Theater, The Chocolate Factory Theater, The Civilians, Clubbed Thumb, Dixon Place, Elevator Repair Service, The Foundry Theater, HERE Arts Center, Lark Play Development Center, Ma-Yi Theater Company, Mint Theater Company, National Asian American Theatre Company (NAATCO), National Theater of the USA (NTUSA), New Georges, The New York City Players, Page 73, Performance Space 122
The Play Company, Pregones, Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, Repertorio Espanol, SITI Company, Soho Repertory Theater, St. Ann’s Warehouse, Vineyard Theatre and Workshop Center, Women’s Project & Productions, The Wooster Group, and The Working Theater Company.
