Wendy Staton, Mary Tuomanen, Davon Williams, et al. Set for Juanita Rockwell’s Between Trains

Casting has been announced for Gas & Electric Arts’ production of Juanita Rockwell’s Between Trains, to run August 29 – September 18 as part of Philadelphia’s Live Arts Festival & Philly Fringe. Lisa Jo Epstein will direct the production, which will feature original music by Chas Marsh.

Between Trains will be an immersive theater experience that follows a woman who wakes up lost and naked in a train station who must navigate through the metaphorical way station. The company will feature Mary Tuomanen, Wendy Staton, Jenna Horton, Davon Williams, and Nick Troy.

The creative team will include visual artists Lewis Colburn and Stephanie Koening, who will provide scenic elements, along Peter Jakubowski (lighting design), Rebecca Eastman (costume design), and Christina Zani (choreography).

As previously announced, the Live Arts Festival will also include new pieces from artists such as Lucinda Childs, Elevator Repair Service, Nature Theatre of Oklahoma, Pig Iron Theatre Company, and Stew.
