TACT/The Actors Company Theatre Announces 2010-2011 Season

TACT/The Actors Company Theatre has announced its 2010-2011 season, to be offered in The Beckett Theatre on Theatre Row.

The company’s first offering will be Vaclav Havel’s The Memorandum, to run October 25 – November 27. Jenn Thompson will direct this play that focuses on what happens when the managing director of an enormous corporation discovers that all office communications are suddenly being written in a newly invented and impossibly complicated language and attempts to get one memo translated.

The second entry in the TACT season will be George Abbott and John Cecil Holm’s Three Men on a Horse, to be directed by Scott Alan Evans and run March 14 – April 16. The comedy centers on a man with a unique talent for predicting the winners of horse races.

Casting and creative team will be announced at a later date.
