Sarah Paulson has been cast in the Hallmark Hall of Fame television movie November Christmas, according to a report in Variety. Robert Harmon will direct the project, which is scheduled to air the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend on CBS.

The movie, with a screenplay by P'nenah Goldstein that is based on the short story by Greg Coppa, centers on members of a small Rhode Island community, where a group of neighbors band together to create holiday moments for a girl who is facing a serious illness. The cast will also feature Karen Allen John Corbett, Sam Elliott , and Emily Alyn Lind.

Paulson recently starred on Broadway in Collected Stories. Her many other theater credits include Still Life, Crimes of the Heart, and The Glass Menagerie. She has starred on the TV series Cupid and Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.
