Noted blues musician Guy Davis and his mother, award-winning actress, Ruby Dee, attended the July 20 performance of the Tony-nominated musical Million Dollar Quartet, at the Nederlander Theatre.

Davis sat in with the cast for a special performance of the song Drifting Blues..

Million Dollar Quartet was inspired by the famed 1956 recording session that brought together four of the most legendary figures in the history of rock 'n' roll. The cast features Eddie Clendening (Elvis Presley), Lance Guest (Johnny Cash), Levi Kreis (Jerry Lee Lewis), Robert Britton Lyons (Carl Perkins), Hunter Foster, and Elizabeth Stanley.
