Raul Esparza to Headline Williamstown Reading of Our Town; Full Cast Set for The Corn Is Green.

Two-time Tony Award nominee and Drama Desk Award winner Raul Esparza will play the Stage Manager in a reading of Thornton Wilder’s Our Town to take place at the Williamstown Theatre Festival at 3pm on Friday, August 17. No other casting has been announced.

In other Williamstown news, full cast and creative team has been announced for Nicholas Martin’s production of Emlyn Williams’ classic drama The Corn Is Green, to play the Festival’s Main Stage August 1-12.

The show will star Kate Burton, her children Morgan Ritchie and Charlotte Ritchie, Becky Ann Baker, Dylan Baker, Tom Bloom, Amanda Leigh Cobb, Barnett Cohen, Jordan Dean, Ginnifer Goodwin, Greg Hildreth, Patrick Lynch, Kathy McCafferty, Rod McLachlan, Blake Segal, and Joe Tippett. It will feature scenic design by James Noone, costume design by Jeff Mahshie, lighting design by Frances Aronson, and sound design by Drew Levy.
