Brent Barrett, Rob Bartlett, Charlotte D’Amboise, Caroline O’Connor, and Chita Rivera have been added to the list of guest stars set to appear in the 10th anniversary gala performance of the Broadway revival of Chicago on Tuesday, November 14. Billed as “Justice Served, In Our Own Words,” the event will benefit Safe Horizon, a victims’ assistance organization.

As previously reported, Walter Bobbie, the show’s Tony Award-winning director, will return to helm the performance. The gala will feature original revival cast members Joel Grey, Marcia Lewis, James Naughton, Bebe Neuwirth, and Ann Reinking, plus special guests including Wayne Brady, Melanie Griffith, Gregory Harrison, Marilu Henner, Brooke Shields, Patrick Swayze, and Alan Thicke. Rocco Landesman, James Nederlander, Sr., and Gerald Schoenfeld will act as honorary chairs for the event.

This production of Chicago was first presented as part of the City Center Encores! series in the spring of 1996 with Reinking, Neuwirth, et al. in the leads; producers Barry and Fran Weissler brought it to Broadway that fall. Since then, dozens of stars have done stints in the show, including Sandy Duncan, Karen Ziemba, Brent Barrett, Robin Givens, and Rita Wilson, who is currently playing Roxie Hart. Next month, R&B star Usher will join the cast as lawyer Billy Flynn.

Tickets to the event range in price from $500 to $5,000. Call 212-577-8291or email events@safehorizons.org for information.
