Chitty Star Cahoon to Play Ars Nova

Actor Kevin Cahoon, who is currently starring as the Childcatcher in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and his band Ghetto Cowboy will play the Ars Nova Theater (511 West 54th Street) on Monday, July 18 at 8pm. The group has previously played such musical venues as Irving Plaza, CBGB’s, and Don Hill’s.
Joining Cahoon, who also writes songs for the band, will be Damien Bassman, Brien Brannigan, Tracy Nicole Chapman, Matthew Greer, Christian Hebel, Stephen Oremus, Angela Lockett, and Jan Tilley.
Cahoon has previously appeared on Broadway in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Lion King, and The Who’s Tommy. His Off-Broadway credits include The Foreigner and Hedwig and the Angry Inch.
