Second Stage Theatre has announced plans to offer retro-priced tickets for $19.79 (alluding to the year in which the company was founded) for the first week of previews of Laura Eason's Sex With Strangers. Directed by David Schwimmer, the play stars Anna Gunn and Billy Magnussen.

Sex With Strangers, which begins preview on July 8, tells the story of young blogger Ethan (Magnussen) and his sex-driven relationship with Olivia, an obscure, older novelist (Gunn). The opening is set for July 30. The play was previously staged at Australia's Sydney Theatre Company and at Chicago's Steppenwolf Theatre.

Sex With Strangers will feature set design by Andromache Chalfant, costume design by ESosa, lighting design by Japhy Weideman, and sound design by Fitz Patton.

Audience members will also be invited to enjoy complimentary post-performance birthday cake during the first week of previews of Sex With Strangers.
