Theater Breaking Through Barriers (TBTB) will present world premieres of plays by John Guare, David Henry Hwang, Neil LaBute, Bekah Brunstetter, and Bruce Graham as part of its fourth annual Short Play Festival: Power Plays, running from June 12-29 at Theatre Row's Clurman Theatre. TBTB commissioned the plays.

The lineup includes Brunsetter's Murder, Graham's The Happy F&*#@!g Blind Guy, Guare's Between, Hwang's Underground, and LaBute's I Dare You. The ensemble, which includes actors with disabilities and able-bodied actors, features Melanie Boland, Samantha Debicki, Anita Hollander, Pamela Sabaugh, Anne Marie Morelli, David Rosar Stearns, and Nicholas Viselli.

The productions feature set and lighting design by Geoffrey Bryant. Julius Novick serves as dramaturg. Additional casting and designers will be announced at a later date.

Theater Breaking Through Barriers is dedicated to advancing artists with disabilities and changing the image of people with disabilities from dependence to independence.
