The Broadway revival of Anything Goes marked its 500th performance at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre with a post-performance hat-tossing following the matinee on Wednesday, June 20.

The entire cast and audience members received sailor hats which they proceeded to throw in the air, graduation style, to celebrate the occasion.

Directed and choreographed by Kathleen Marshall, the musical, which features a score by Cole Porter, an original book by P.G. Wodehouse and Guy Bolton and Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse, and a new book by Timothy Crouse and John Weidman, currently stars Stephanie J. Block and Joel Grey as Reno Sweeney and Moonface Martin. They are joined by John McMartin, Julie Halston, Bill English, Erin Mackey, Robert Petkoff, Joyce Chittick, Ed Dixon, Robert Creighton, Andrew Cao, and Raymond J. Lee in the principal roles.
