Free Outdoor Screening of On the Town Film to Take Place June 20 at Firefighters Memorial Park

Stonehenge Partners and the Film Society of Lincoln Center will present a screening of the classic movie-musical On the Town on Wednesday, June 20 at 8pm at the Firefighters Memorial Park at Ritz Plaza (235 West 48th Street). The screening is free to and open to New York City residents.

On the Town features music by Leonard Bernstein and Roger Edens and a screenplay and lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green. It stars Gene Kelly, Frank Sinatra, and Jules Munshin as three sailors on shore leave determined to see the New York sights and find the women of their dreams. The cast also features Ann Miller, Betty Garrett, and Vera-Ellen.
