Constantine Maroulis and Rachel Potter are among the performers who will participate in a one-night-only concert version of Billy Butler’s Gay Bride of Frankenstein, held Monday, June 25 at 11:30pm at Joe’s Pub.

The concert is in celebration of the musical’s new EP release. Maroulis, Potter, and Butler and his band The Monster Makers, will be joined by Louis Hobson, Ashley Kate Adams, Megan Kane, Wade Elkins, and Derek Carley. Rachel Klein directs and choreographs.

Gay Bride of Frankenstein follows four high school friends on Halloween night at an unconventional Monsters Ball. The musical features a book by Butler and Dane E. Leeman, and a score by Butler. It has been seen in the 2009 New York Musical Theatre Festival and will participate this summer in the inaugural iStar Theatre Lab.
