Treat Williams to Appear at Film Society’s Sidney Lumet Retrospective

Stage and screen star Treat Williams, along with New York Police Department detective Robert Leuci, will appear following a screening of the Prince of the City, to be offered at the Walter Reade Theater on July 24, according to a report in The New York Times. The screening is part of a Film Society of Lincoln Center retrospective of theater and film director Sidney Lumet’s work, running July 19-25.

Other films that will be seen as part of the series include Lumet’s film versions of the musical The Wiz and the plays Long Day’s Journey Into Night, 12 Angry Men, and The Sea Gull, as well as Serpico, The Verdict, Q&A, and Network.
