They helped to renovate an eight-unit building, originally built in 1931. When completed, it will become affordable condominium homes for low-income working New York City families.
Created by Nora and Delia Ephron and based upon Ilene Beckerman's best-selling book, Love, Loss, and What I Wore uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and often poignant stories that all women can relate to.
The production, which performs Off-Broadway at the Westside Theatre, features a series of five-person casts that will play in four-week cycles.
