Tony-nominated actresses Edie Falco and Kerry Butler were among the guests at the New York City premiere screening of the new Winnie the Pooh movie on Saturday, June 25. The Walt Disney film's U.S. release date is July 15.

Directed by Stephen Anderson and Don Hall, this all-new movie is inspired by three stories from A.A. Milne's books. The film is narrated by John Cleese and features a voice cast that includes Jim Cummings, Craig Ferguson, Tom Kenny, Travis Oates, Bud Luckey, Jack Boulter, Kristen Anderson-Lopez, Wyatt Hall, and Huell Howser.

The film features an original score by Henry Jackman and six original songs by Tony Award winner Robert Lopez and wife Kristen Anderson-Lopez: "The Tummy Song," "A Very Important Thing To Do," "Everything Is Honey," "The Winner Song," "The Backson Song" and "It's Gonna Be Great."
