A preliminary lineup of performers has been announced for GLSEN Better & Better, a concert to be held on Thursday, June 23 at The Gramercy Theater. The event will raise funds for the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network (GLSEN).

Scheduled to appear at the event are musical performers Andrea McArdle, Nellie McKay, and the band BETTY, along with comedian Alec Mapa, drag performer Mimi Imfurst and author/comic Frank DeCaro. In addition, the evening will feature remarks by sex advice columnist Dan Savage, who created the "It Gets Better" video campaign.

GLSEN works with educators, policy makers, community leaders and students to address anti-LGBT behavior and bias in schools.
