Rosie Benton, Janie Brookshire, Liv Rooth, et al. Set for Mint Theater’s Wife To James Whelan

Mint Theater Company has announced casting for Teresa Deevy’s Wife To James Whelan, to run July 29 – September 26, with an official opening on August 23. Jonathan Bank will direct the production, which will be the first offering in the company’s Teresa Deevy Project, which will also include readings of her plays and a full production of her play Temporal Powers to be offered in 2012.

Wife to James Whelan focuses on an ambitious young man determined to make his mark, who despite success in business, may not be able to find anyone or anything that will bring him happiness. The company will feature Rosie Benton, Janie Brookshire, Shawn Fagan, Jon Fletcher, Jeremy S. Holm, Thomas Matthew Kelley, Aidan Redmond and Liv Rooth.

The creative team will include scenic designer Vicki R. Davis, costume designer Martha Halley, lighting designer Nicole Pearce, and sound designer Jane Shaw.
