Danielle Ferland, Annie Golden, Pamela Myers, et al. Set for Sondheim Unplugged Concerts

The lineup of performers who will be appearing in the Laurie Beechman Theatre‘s summer concert series, Sondheim Unplugged, has been announced. Phil Geoffrey Bond will host the events which will have musical direction by Tracy Stark and will run Mondays July 6-26 at 7pm.

Carey Anderson, Lisa Asher, Christina Bianco, David Brian Colbert, Harris Doran, Natalie Douglas, Michelle Dowdy, Barbara Fasano, Terese Genecco, Eric Michael Gillett, Larry Hamilton, Joe Iconis, David Gurland, Hunter Ryan Herdlicka, Trent Armand Kendall, Audrey Lavine, Lorinda Lisitza, Karen Mack, Rob Maitner, Cindy Marchionda, Liz McCartney, Susie Mosher, Mark Nadler, Karen Oberlin, Miles Phillips, Shaynee Rainbolt, Leenya Rideout, Jana Robbins, Becca Johnson Southworth, Trevor Southworth, Elizabeth Stanley, Katie Thompson, Will Trice, Jonathan Whitton and Lennie Watts are among the artists scheduled to appear, performing their favorite Sondheim tunes.

In addition, each concert will feature an appearance by performers who created roles in original Sondheim musicals. Among the guest artists are Sarah Rice, Joanna in the original company of Sweeney Todd (July 5); Danielle Ferland, from the original companies of Into the Woods and Sunday in the Park with George (July 12); Pamela Myers, who played Marta in Company (July 19); and Annie Golden, the original Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme in Assassins (July 26).
