Tony Award winner Judith Ivey will play famed advice columnist Ann Landers in David Rambo's solo play The Lady With All the Answers at the Cherry Lane Theatre, October 7-November 29, with an official opening on October 14. The production will be directed by BJ Jones, the artistic director of Chicago's Northlight Theatre, where he previously directed Ivey in this show.

Ivey won two Tony Awards for Best Featured Actress in a Play for Steaming and Hurlyburly. She recently appearrd in The Glass Menagerie at Long Wharf Theatre, and at the Cherry Lane in Edward Albee's The American Dream and The Sandbox.

Ivey is also a noted theater director, who helmed Northlight's production of Theresa Rebeck's Bad Dates, the Off-Broadway production of Secrets of a Soccer Mom, and the upcoming Off-Broadway premiere of Vanities at Second Stage.
