Gavin Creel, Eisa Davis, Christine Ebersole, et al. Set for Symphony Space 2009-2010 Season

Symphony Space has announced events in its 2009-2010 season, to take place in its Peter Jay Sharp Theatre and the newly-reconfigured Leonard Nimoy Thalia.

Theater-related highlights will include Bloomsday on Broadway XXIX (June 16), a series of Monday night performances by Gavin Creel with Robbie Roth and Christine Ebersole with Billy Stritch; Eisa Davis in an evening of new original (February 26); the Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia’s puppetry performance of Goodnight Moon and The Runaway Bunny (January 9), and new editions of The Thalia Follies: All Politics is Local! (October 15-17), Which Way, America? (February 18-20; and Cramming for Mid-Terms (May 20-22).

Other events will include a discussion with children’s author Judy Blume (October 4), a tribute to Pulitzer Prize-winning composer and pianist George Walker (October 24), Disney recording artist Ralph’s World (February 20), and more.
