The CityParks Foundation has announced the line-up of free events being presented this summer at a variety of New York City parks.
Theatrical events include the Continuum Company’s production of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Sleeping Beauty, Chisa Hutchinson’s play Dirt Rich, The National Theatre of the USA’s Chautauqua!, and Dancing Vs. The Rat Experiment.
Dance and concert events include performances by Tony Award winner Heather Headley, the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, Ballet Noir, Morphoses/The Wheeldon Company, Hezekiah Walker, The Persuasions, and many others.
