Jenkins, Luker, McMartin, et al. Join Project Shaw’s The Millionairess

Additional casting has been announced for the reading of George Bernard Shaw’s The Millionairess, to play as part of the Project Shaw series at The Players Club (16 Gramercy Park South) at 7pm on Monday, July 23.

Joining previously announced stars Tyne Daly and Jonathan Hadary are Adam Feldman, Daniel Jenkins, Rebecca Luker, John Martello, John McMartin, and Charlotte Moore. Roma Torre of NY1 will narrate, and the evening will be hosted by Michael Musto of the Village Voice.

The Millionairess revolves around Epifania Fitzfassenden (Daly), the richest woman in the world who is determined to live life on her own terms.

Jenkins and Luker are currently playing Mr. and Mrs. Banks in Mary Poppins. McMartin is appearing on Broadway as Major Bouvier in Grey Gardens. Feldman is a theater critic for Time Out NY. Jones’ Broadway credits include Waiting in the Wings, Ring Round the Moon, and Benefactors. Moore was nominated for a Tony for Chemin de Fer and is the artistic director of the Irish Repertory Theatre.
