Ashlie Atkinson, Jon Bernthal, Jamie Ray Newman, and Joe Sikora will comprise the cast of the Geffen Theatre’s production of Neil LaBute’s Fat Pig, directed by Jo Bonney, for the show’s next extension, July 3-15. They will replace Kirsten Vangsness, Chris Pine, Andrea Anders, and Scott Wolf respectively, who will depart the production on July 1.

Atkinson will once again play Helen, the role she originated in the show’s New York production and which earned her a Theatre World Award. She is currently appearing Off-Broadway in The Butcher of Baraboo and is best known for her recurring role as Theresa on the FX television series Rescue Me.

Bernthal, who will play Carter, has appeared on stage in Fifth of July, Othello, and Proof. Newman, who will play Jeannie, appeared on General Hospital; Sikora, who will play Tom, starred on Broadway in The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial and was recently seen in the West Coast premiere of Tracy Letts’ Killer Joe.
